• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

• Price Changes: Prices for our services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice.

• Ownership: All content and materials on BookQuikly.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BookQuikly or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall BookQuikly, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookQuikly, its affiliates, and its partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
